Written public-record requests may be sent to Union County Government Center, Attn: Open Records, 155 N. 15th Street, Lewisburg, PA 17837. Union County's Right-To-Know policy allows written requests in person, by mail, fax, or electronic means. Requests must be specific and include a name and address for the county's response. The county does not treat verbal or anonymous requests as RTKL requests. Standard black-and-white copies are listed at $0.25 per page, and certification is listed at $1.00 per record.
